Reservation Policy
To secure your reservation, a 50% Deposit of your tour package ($295.00 Single Rider & $345.00 Rider with Passenger) is required at time of booking.

Upon Check In at Tour Office
The remaining 50% balance of your tour package is due, and you will be required to sign our Release/Waiver of Liability Form, so please familiarize yourself with it.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable in full if cancellations are received 10 days prior to your arrival. Deposits are refunded on a pro-rated basis (-10% forfeiture per day) for cancellations received in less than 10 days. We will make every attempt to rebook your reservation, however, any losses incurred will be your responsibility. This policy applies to rooms booked in our home and at the Colonial Motel.

Smoking
To ensure the comfort of all of our patrons, we ask our smoking guests to refrain from smoking in our home. We have a covered porch to accommodate our smoking guests.

Pets
Please be aware that we have three house cats. Marmelade, Tilly and Elliott!
